To block an IP address in cPanel, follow these steps:
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- In the Security section, click on the "IP Blocker" icon.
- In the "Add an IP to Block" section, enter the IP address you want to block and click on the "Add" button.
- You will see a message confirming that the IP address has been blocked.
You can also block a range of IP addresses by entering the starting and ending IP addresses separated by a dash (-) in the "Add an IP to Block" section.
Furthermore, you can view the list of blocked IP addresses by scrolling down the page. To unblock an IP address, simply click on the "Delete" button next to the IP address you want to unblock.
Please note that blocking an IP address will prevent anyone accessing your website from that IP address, and it could be a serious problem if you block the wrong IP. It's always a good idea to check the logs of your website to see which IP addresses are causing problems before blocking them.
